How does TowMile work?

TowMile connects drivers who need roadside help — towing, jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, and more — with nearby independent tow operators and roadside-assistance providers. Request help in the TowMile app, get matched with a nearby provider, and track them to your location.

How do I request roadside help?

Open the TowMile app, choose the service you need, confirm your location, and submit the request. We notify nearby providers and match you with the first to accept. You'll see the provider's details and an ETA, and can message or call them through the app.

How do I sign in or create an account?

TowMile uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your phone number (or email) and we send a one-time verification code. There's no password to remember. If you don't receive a code, check your signal and that the number is entered correctly, then tap Resend.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account at any time, directly in the app:

  1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted right away.
This removes your profile, saved vehicles and addresses, and request history. Drivers' uploaded documents are deleted and any claimed business listing is released back to the public directory. If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll complete the deletion for you.

How does billing work?

You see the estimated price before you confirm a request. Payment is handled securely in the app. For a question about a specific charge, email [email protected] with the date and amount and we'll look into it.

I'm a tow operator — how do I join or claim my listing?

Download TowMile Driver and sign up, or email [email protected] to claim an existing listing or have one removed or corrected. We act on listing requests within 7 business days.
